Finance
The finance program makes use of Kogod's Washington, DC location to invite leaders from local corporations, regulatory, and government agencies to speak at Kogod. The school's location also provides a wide range of challenging internship, co-op positions, and job opportunities for Kogod students.
Real Estate
The Kogod real estate program offers courses on residential and commercial real estate principles, finance, development, and law. It encourages students to participate in work study projects around the DC metro area.
