The Office of Financial Operations is responsible for University Accounting, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, Tax and Compliance, and jointly oversees the Office of Sponsored Awards and Research Administration. The office ensures that university funds are disbursed and recorded in accordance with generally accepted accounting procedures. The Office of Financial Operations provides accurate financial information in a cost effective, efficient, and timely manner to those responsible for managing the financial resources of the university and to external constituencies.

To achieve our fiduciary goal, the Office of Financial Operations expects that all policies, procedures, and guidelines are followed. All expenses must be recorded accurately and disbursed within an acceptable time period.

Accounts payable oversees the correct disbursement of university funds, and oversees reimbursements, payments to vendors, and travel expenses.
