Bender Library has purchased a site-license for EndNote for all AU faculty, staff, and students. You may download the software using the DOWNLOAD SOFTWARE link under the TECHNOLOGY section, when you log into the myAU.american.edu portal.

You may also contact the IT Help Desk at 202-885-2550, helpdesk@american.edu, or via instant message at AskÂ鶹´«Ã½UHelp to have a copy of the CD sent to you if you prefer. If you don't have a campus mailing address, please include your U.S. postal mailing address in the request.

Installation instructions are available for:

Mac OS X
Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7

Please check with the Library for EndNote training or assistance with using the software. There are also EndNote Tutorials available online.
