The Office of Information Technology's Technology Support Desk troubleshoots IT-related issues via direct interaction with on the lower level of the Bender Library. Support is available to all prospective and current students, faculty, and staff. Limited support is offered to alumni, parents, and campus visitors with regard to AU services.

The Technology Support Desk can assist you with computer configuration issues, discuss software problems, assist you with network access difficulties, repair hardware malfunctions for university-owned equipment, or give you advice for any technical issue you may encounter.

Please note: the Technology Support Desk can not perform hardware repairs for students' personally-owned computers; however, they can help you make the determination that it is in fact a hardware problem that the manufacturer should address.
