ISSUE

Issues:聽Whether enablement is governed by the statutory requirement that the specification teach those skilled in the art to 鈥渕ake and use鈥 the claimed invention, or whether it must instead enable those skilled in the art 鈥渢o reach the full scope of claimed embodiments鈥 without undue experimentation鈥攊.e., to cumulatively identify and make all or nearly all embodiments of the invention without substantial 鈥渢ime and effort.鈥
