Bio: Tianyu is a PhD candidate in the Department of Public Administration & Policy and a fellow at the Center for Data Science of the School of Public Affairs. His research interests include public and nonprofit management, natural language processing and machine learning. Outside of �鶹��ý, he is a research fellow at the Local Public Sector Alliance, a nonprofit research initiative located in Washington DC.
