Patricia Day Williams transitioned from practicing and teaching family medicine to consulting in organization development (OD) over 25 years ago. She maintains a broad-based OD practice that includes leadership training and coaching; team building; diversity, equity and inclusion; and organizational strategy and change management, particularly in the not-for-profit and public sectors. Her public sector clients range from the General Accountability Office (GAO) to the Department of Labor, from the Veterans Administration to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and from the Penobscot (Indian) Nation Health Department to the National Institutes of Health.
She is Adjunct Professor at Â鶹´«Ã½ where she teaches in the Key Leadership Certificate Program. She has held leadership positions as Medical Director of a federally funded Community Health Center, as Associate Director of the Center for Medical Leadership, as Member Emerita of NTL Institute (formerly National Training Labs), and as a board member and officer of several community, state and national organizations.
A Senior Associate of Otto Kroeger Associates, she is nationally renowned for her expertise on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Additionally, she is certified in the Bar-On EQi (Emotional Quotient Inventory), Lominger Voices 360°, Drexler-Sibbet-Forrester Team Performance System, Pearson-Marr Archetype Indicator, and as a Coach and Yoga Teacher.
She is the author of numerous publications on leadership, management, and human interaction, including peer-reviewed research articles on leadership development.
