Deominic Napoleon, Executive Director of the Office of Research, is a dedicated and resourceful 21st Century business leader specializing in Grants Management, Operations, Finance and Accounting. While she also possesses strong technical and analytical skills gained from more than 20 years of progressive work experience, her heart is centered around growing, training, and developing others to reach their full potential. She began her career in the defense industry by growing in companies such as Lockheed Martin and DynCorp International, and later transitioned to the Non-Profit and University Setting. Time and time again she has proven to use a high degree of organizational effectiveness to shape and reshape organizations and obtain maximum efficiency and prudent financial management across all levels. Knowledge is her driving force and sharing knowledge is her passion.
