Students: Need Help with Classes, Majors, Registration? Meet the CAS Peer Advisors
What classes should I take next semester? How many AU Core courses do I need? Can you help me choose a major? What are some helpful resources? What classes should an undecided student take?
Choosing classes and majors are big life decisions, and sometimes they can be overwhelming. With this in mind, the College of Arts and Sciences Dean鈥檚 Office has this academic year who can help other students by sharing their experiences, providing insights, and responding to questions and concerns.
CAS peer advisors work primarily with second year and undecided students. They help students choose classes and majors that suit their interests, provide information on academic policies and procedures, and make referrals to campus resources. They also provide academic information from their own experiences and perspectives. They advise students on the "real deal" when it comes to making decisions and utilizing everything that AU has to offer.
